71 SPES students underwent training on the accomplishment of the Barangay Management Information System (BMIS) Family Data Sheet.

BMIS Coordinator Charina Maneja and Network SUCs Coordinator Pamela Gonzales explained to the trainees the corrent and proper data gathering and recording methods using the BMIS data sheet. They also gave tips on dealing with their respondents.
The students who are currently under the SPES will serve as enumerators of the municipal government of Bay in order for the local government unit to obtain new data about their constitutents.
UPLB BIDANI records show that Bay’s Municipal Management Information System (MMIS) was last updated in 2011.
The BMIS Family Data Sheet is a two-page questionnaire aiming to gather various aspects in the family’s state of living, such as health, environment, and livelihood, among others. Data gathered from the data sheets are then fed into the BMIS desktop software, which is capable of producing up to 100 types of reports and tables that can be used by local governments in development planning.
